Hello! I am Sarah, and I am a Realtor and a forever student, constantly seeking new education, growth, and opportunity. I believe that knowledge is power, and that my Clients should be empowered with all the knowledge they need to understand the Real Estate industry. I consider myself an Advocate for my Clients, which is the way I define my client relationships. I will advocate for their best interest, their personal motivations, and their dreams. As a proud Military Spouse, I especially love working with Veterans and Active Duty Military Personnel. While I strive to go above and beyond for all my Clients, Veterans and First Time Home-Buyers have a special place in my heart. I am an expert negotiator, and have focused my real estate education on contract language and strategy. I am a football Mom (go #71!) and a dedicated daughter, sister, and aunt.

When I am not on the clock, you can find me on my motorcycle enjoying the breathtaking scenery of Utah, snuggling Bruce Wayne (our sweet Cane Corso) or in the kitchen reliving my days as a Chef and Restaurant Owner with over 17 years of high end hospitality and customer service experience. If I am not doing that, you'll catch me recording content for my Podcast, "Real Estate and Murder"- a fun and fascinating podcast dedicated to the crossover of true crime and the real estate world.
